Option 1

Staff wellbeing focussed development day – create your wellbeing development day by choosing options from our extensive list of wellbeing sessions (staff teams can participate in a half or full wellbeing focussed day).

Simply pick and mix from the list of sessions below to make up your wellbeing event:

When choosing your sessions, think about:

  • Having a good mix of activities/sessions (e.g. relaxation/education/activity)
  • Would you like to have the event in your workplace, or at a location conducive to good wellbeing away from your workplace?
  • Would you like to book a healthy and tasty lunch as part of your wellbeing event?
  • How many people do you want to take part in the session?
  • What do you want to get out of the session for your people/group?
  • When would you like the event to take place e.g. date/time?
  • What is your budget?

Our Lead Wellbeing Practitioner at Livewell, Gerry, can advise you on all the above considerations, and arrange the full event for you, including venue and lunch if you prefer, so that there is minimal work required at your end.

Option 2

Book 1to1 wellbeing support for individuals within your organisation. These session will support your staff to live well, by enabling positive outcomes for the physical, mental and social/practical wellbeing needs of individuals.

  • Is there something preventing your staff from living well?

Wellbeing Practitioner Gerry Mitchell and our partners at Glasgow Occupational Health available for one-to-one consultations, to support individual staff wellbeing (a wide variety of Occupational Health assessments are available on request)

Gerry is an experienced 1to1 and group wellbeing practitioner, he is trained in suicide prevention, mental health first aid and self-harm awareness. He is a trained NHS peer support practitioner and has extensive training in childhood adversity (ACEs) and is trauma informed. He has an extensive knowledge of local statutory and non-statutory resources that can support people to live and work well in their lives.

  • 1to1 wellbeing conversations can help staff live well in and out of work and are completely confidential.
  • Staff can access support for physical, emotional and practical challenges (such as help with finances, housing and relationships).
  • 1to1 consultations can support in and out of work wellbeing.
  • Gerry can arrange either a 1to1 session with an individual staff member, or a full day of 1to1 appointments for various staff members. Each session is 1hr long (and can be longer if required) Click here to arrange a session/sessions.
